RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Hundred L Culture®, every piece is designed with intent and crafted with precision.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.
Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
To request a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
